1. TERMS
By accessing the website at zeroqode.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
All materials and Zeroqode Products contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
By Zeroqode Products we mean pre-made templates, plugins for Bubble, no-code courses, native solution or any other product advertised on our website.
Please check product's documentation, live demos and frequently asked questions before purchasing the product.
Important Note: We do not offer any refunds for our products. Ready-made templates & plugins are being sold through Bubble and their T&C includes no refund policy. The terms and conditions for our video courses can be found here.
2. USE LICENSE
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Zeroqode, Inc.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Zeroqode, Inc. at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
c. PSD and Sketch design license.
PSD and Sketch design templates (hereinafter referred to as “designs”) are provided for free and on "as is" basis.
You can modify them, use commercially and non-commercially - distribute, display, and perform the work and make derivative works and remixes based on it, however, we limit the right of use of these designs on our discretion and prohibit the creation of websites and other templates based on these designs for selling on all marketplaces (or outside of them), including (but not limited to) Bubble, Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Themeforest, Envato, Flippa, TemplateMonster, etc. Taking ownership over these creations is also prohibited.
This license allows re-distribution and re-use of PSD and Sketch design templates with a condition of attribution to Zeroqode as “Credit to Zeroqode” (link to https://zeroqode.com is strongly suggested but not required)
We do not provide any warranty for the PSD and Sketch designs or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Zeroqode shall not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by the use of these design templates.
Zeroqode gives no assurance that a particular product (free or paid) will remain available for additional purchases or downloads.
3. DISCLAIMER
a. The materials on Zeroqode, Inc.'s website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Zeroqode, Inc. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
b. Further, Zeroqode, Inc. does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall Zeroqode, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zeroqode, Inc.'s website, even if Zeroqode, Inc. or a Zeroqode, Inc. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Zeroqode, Inc.'s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zeroqode, Inc. does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Zeroqode, Inc. may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Zeroqode, Inc. does not make any commitment to update the materials.
6. LINKS
Zeroqode, Inc. has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Zeroqode, Inc. of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Zeroqode, Inc. may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. AIR NATIVE
These terms refer to Us (Zeroqode Inc.) and You (the "CLIENT").
a. We guarantee 100% publishable apps that can be submitted to App Store and Google Play.
b. We cannot guarantee your app will be approved by Apple and Google, because it solely depends on your Bubble app itself (whether or not it complies with the App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Review Guidelines), however we will provide tips and suggestions about your app to increase the likelihood of success.
c. Native apps will be generated and uploaded to your App Store and Google Play accounts within 24 business hours (work days only).
d. The 24 hour is counted from the moment when all additional app details were submitted and sent to us through the dashboard at zeroqode.com (your profile → Air Native tab). If the provided additional app details are insufficient or incorrect, it may take longer than 24 hours to convert the app.
e. We offer the app rebuilds for free, in case you need to change the build settings like app name, app icons, etc. There are 3 rebuilds you can do for free in the first month after purchasing the license. If using the all 3/3 rebuilds, or the month has passed by, the rebuilds will become paid. A rebuild will cost $49.
f. Each rebuild means going through the store upload and submission process again. The App Store and Google Play publishing may take up to 1 week, depending on whether or not there are any guideline violations, and how fast they will be solved by the app owner/developer.
g. We do not solve the guidelines violations like Design or Performance because it means editing the Bubble app itself, which should be done by the app owner/developer, however we will provide feedback and suggestions how to improve your app prior to submitting to the stores.
h. In case the app is not approved by Apple/Google, we do not offer refunds, as the Bubble app was successfully converted into native apps, and both Android and iOS apps were tested on local phones.
i. We do not offer refunds if the Bubble app doesn't look or work properly in native apps, because it solely depends on the Bubble app responsiveness and functionality on mobile views that has been developed by the app owner/developer.
j. The preview of your app that you can find at zeroqode.com/native is not an actual representation of your native Android and iOS apps. In order to actually test the app and have full native experience, it is required to purchase the Air Native service. However, we offer native demo apps of our templates, that can be thoroughly tested before purchase - you’ll find the links at the bottom of the page at zeroqode.com/native.
k. We cannot take the responsibility for the third-party services and plugins that end up being incompatible with Air Native, except for the compatible Zeroqode plugins. Hence, we do not offer refunds.
l. For us to handle the App Store & Google Play Publishing service, it needs to be purchased as an add-on when ordering the native builds. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to publish the native apps to the stores.
m. In cases of non-compliance with the Air Native terms of service, ignorance of recommendations made by the service provider, or third-party providers (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.) Zeroqode reserves the right to terminate cooperation with CLIENT and cease both maintaining and uploading new iOS and Android builds for CLIENT application.
